Hi Diane!
Thanks for getting in touch! The applications on the EduApps packages are all available under a freeware or open source licence, so there should be no problem installing these onto your network.
The open source licence allows you to redistribute the software (as long as it's under the same terms of the existing licence). There's a slight difference with some of the freeware packages, as you may have to get permission from the developer to redistribute (though not to download and use yourself).
You can find the complete list of applications here (along with an indication of which are available under a freeware licence): www.rsc-ne-scotland.ac.uk/eduapps/compare.php
We recently updated the EduApps packages, so they now contain more recent versions of the software (in comparison to our original AccessApps package). It would probably be a good idea to check that you have the v1.1 version (visible on the Menu interface just above the RSC logo).
One last thing - all of the applications have regular installable versions, which you may prefer to use. You'll be able to find a link to all of the developer pages from the list of applications I referred to above.

If you're thinking of using one of the EduApps interfaces over the network, then you'll need to redefine the links to the individual applications (so that they're absolute and not relative)
With any luck this will allow the menu interface to access all of the applications (assuming they’re stored in a fixed location, on a network drive).
To set up the absolute links, follow these steps:
